As the President of MENCHEN Inc., Min is responsible for the companies day-to-day operations, as well as leading the consulting and business strategy. She founded MENCHEN in 2009, with the focus on providing expert project and program management in building complex software systems.

Min holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Calvin College, Michigan and a master's degree in electrical engineering from Western Michigan University. She also holds a Project Management Professional(PMP) certificate. She has led a number of product and project management initiatives in the field of supply chain logistics, insurance and transportation.

Raghunath Menon co-founded Menchen Inc. in 2009. Today, he directs product management and product development activites related to real estate vertical market. Raghu managed product management and software development of SmartWeb electronic data bridge from its inception. He also offers consulting services in the field of residential mortgage technology solutions.

Raghu holds a bachelor's degree in Physics from University of Calicut and a master's degree in computer application from University of Calicut. He has also published a paper on "Need for operational intelligence in manufacturing and distribution".

Prior to joining Menchen Inc., Raghu served as the Vice President of Product Management and Consulting practise for Lender Processing Services. He also served as Director, Product Management for QAD Inc., and Product Manager for Siemens Dematic USA.
