This service is invoked to fetch data related to a book and page number. Usually this service is invoked once you have identified the record you are interested in by reviewing the results of View OR basic schema or View OR basic info by legal description . This detailed search retrieves full information related to the instrument including Grantor/Grantee index and all parties in the instrument.

DocType	Document type (eg: Notic of commencement)
LegalDescription	Legal description
Name	Name of the party
Page	Page number associated with the record
PublisherCode	Publisher code of the County
RecordDate	Record date associated with this instrument
ReferencenNo	Instrument no or Reference no of the instrument
