Official Records Basic Services - By Name

Official records basic search allows you to search by a given name (last name, first name). Service returns basic information regarding all record types found in the system and is useful for identifying records for detailed search and retrieval.

BASIC INFORMATION

Official record basic search is used for idenifying all record types for a given name. Once the record types are identified, you can utilize other transactions such as Mortgage By name, Lien by name, OR by Instrument number and OR by book/page to retrieve detailed information.

PublisherCode	FIPS Code of the Publisher
RecordDate	Recording Date
ReferenceNo	Reference No (Instrument No)
