ConsiderationAmount	Consideration amount recorded in the instrument
Direction	Direction status noting "FROM" and "TO" flags
DocDescription	Document description (eg: NOC. Value varies by County agency)
DocType	Document type (eg: Notic of commencement)
LegalDescription	Legal description
Name	Name of the party
Page	Page number associated with the record
PublisherCode	Publisher code of the County
RecordDate	Record date associated with this instrument
ReferencenNo	Instrument no or Reference no of the instrument
