County Tax Web Services

Tax web services provide information on Owner, Property address, tax due, tax balance, escrow code and parcel id. You need to provide the FIPS code of the county as well as the Parcel ID of the property to retrieve tax information.

BASIC INFORMATION

Tax Web Services includes data related to the property, owner, tax information and escrow code. The service follows request/response format. A service request is made by the client application and the service response is generated by TRIEBRARY.

Parcel_ID	Parcel ID of the property
Owner_Addr	Owner address
Legal_Description	Legal description of the property
Publisher_Code	FIPS Code for the county
Street_Name	Property street name
Street_No	Property street number
Zip_Code	Property Zip code
Escrow_Code	Property escrow code
Geo_Number	Geo number associated with the property
Total_tax	Total tax for the property
Total_Paid	Total tax paid for the property
Tax_Balance	Unpaid tax balance
Update_Date	Date when the data was refreshed
